Raf Michiels is Belgian champion 2019

On Saturday 23 March 2019 the Belgian Carcassonne Championship was played in Kessel-Lo (Leuven) for the last time before the move to Sint-Katelijne-Waver, with 72 players. The top eight after the preliminary rounds played a knock-out, and Raf Michiels won the title ahead of Lieve Peirtsegaele, Tom Noppe and Johan Van Der Wal. Former champions Karl Verheyden (71Knives) and Joren De Ridder (MarathonMeeple) finished sixth and eighth.
